Extended Health Care Insurance/Benefits & Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB)

It is best you acquire a Doctor’s referral for Massage Therapy. Most insured services require your Doctor’s referral for Massage Therapy. Depending on your provider you may need to be signed up with the insurer’s online payment system up to 2 weeks in advance of your first appointment.

Medavie Blue Cross Private Group Health Benefits company coverage.

Coverage Medavie Blue Cross is currently offering E payment via ePay for Anne's Registered Massage Therapy Treatments for both Private Group Health Benefits, the federal government departments of Veterans Affairs Canada, Canadian Armed Forces, & Royal Canadian Mounted Police. A Doctor's referral is required.
As a Preferred Provider with Medavie Blue Cross's
ePay program, Anne will be able to submit claims electronically through ePay's secure provider web portal. It's quick, easy, convenient and free. You, the client, pays only the portion not covered by their benefit plan. (Not applicable to Federal programs.) The eligible portion of your claim is deposited directly into the service providers bank account. We are a preferred provider for Medavie Blue Cross. You are welcome at our clinic!

WSIB

New! MT for Work Place Injuries are under the umbrella of WSIB Musculoskeletal program of Care covers the areas like the Neck that are not covered by the Low back, the shoulder Programs of Care (POC) Ontario, Canada. All these injuries can be treated at Anne's RMT within 6 weeks of the date of your work place accident. This process requires you to report your work place injury have your work submit the reports WSIB. Meanwhile you obtain your own Doctor's Referral for Massage Therapy. You make an MT appointment for an WSIB assessment for your type of POC. You must bring a copy of your Doctors referral, the set of copies of WSIB incident workplace injury reports so Anne can apply for your massage therapy treatments for this WSIB Claim, once WSIB verifies your Treatment POC Anne’s RMT can directly bill WSIB to cover your Massage Therapy!

You make an MT appointment for an WSIB assessment for your type of POC or up to 2 POC's.
