Guestroom is
centrally located in downtown Toronto's safe Annex neighbourhood, in a
quiet home welcoming women travelers whether here for
business, research, music, theater or vacationers to stay in my home, a
vegetarian household, visit with my cat Pyrrah, perhaps another guest and
myself.
Minimum stays are 2 nights on weekends, 3 nights on weekdays.
Bed Sitting Room:
(main and second floor, no kitchen, non-smoking environment/property)
Amenities are: Tea, coffee, kettle, coffee maker, filtered water, hairdryer, clock radio alarm, TV, wireless internet, bar fridge, shared 5 piece bath, bath towel and face cloth, day bed, desk/oak table, armoire/closet, A/C, local phone, and a coin laundry.

Subterranean Room
(includes use of shared kitchen & bath, with a male roommate, non-smoking
environment/property)
Amenities are: Share kitchen/washroom with shower (with male roommate). Tea, coffee, filtered water, TV. Communal dishes, pots and pans, clean after you use. Linens - bath, face, dish cloths, drying towel, sheets - changed weekly.Single bed, desk, sofa, closet. Coin Laundry.

Reservations:
Requires a 50% deposit. The deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to your
first nights stay. Please inquire about rental rates for longer stays (there is
one room that has use of the kitchen).

Parking:
Street parking you can acquire online at City of Toronto visitor parking permit
is approximately $22 for 7 nights. In addition, various parking lots (open and
covered) available 5 to 10 minute walk at Huron and Bloor Streets.

Dupont that have bus routes and street car access. We are located at
University of Toronto’s Northern perimeter.

food, Groceries, Homeopathic, pharmacies, liquor store, and China town. (Walking
time 10 to 20 minutes).
Restaurants:

fabulous Café’s.
