A Woman's Guest Room, Centrally located in downtown Toronto's safe Annex neighbourhood, in a quiet home. A Woman's Guest Room welcomes all single woman travelers to stay in my home, a vegetarian household, visit with my cat Pyrrah, perhaps another guest and myself, Anne.

The bed sitting room amenities include teas, coffee, kettle, coffee maker, filtered water, hairdryer, clock radio alarm, TV, wireless internet, fridge, shared 5 piece bath, Bath towel and face cloth, day bed, desk/oak table, armoire/closet, A/C, non-smoking environment/property, local phone, laundry, and an in-room fireplace.

Parking (night only) by reservation, $10 per night, one spot available from 11:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.. Street parking free from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. or you can acquire a City of  Toronto visitor parking permit for about $18 for 7 nights. In addition, various parking lots (open and covered) available 5 minute walk at Huron and Bloor.

Located 5 minutes from the Subways at St George, Spadina & Dupont, University of Toronto, health food restaurants, and shops in the Annex village on Bloor Street.

Walking to theatres: Tarragon, Bathurst, Toronto Film Festival, and Fringe Theatre Festivals and Music venues and much more. Around the corner (10 min walk) from splashy Yorkville movie theatres, cafes, museums (Royal Ontario Museum, Bata Shoe, Gardiner Ceramic), galleries, Casa Loma, Royal Conservatory of Music, Royal Yacht Club, and the University of Toronto/Varsity Stadium.

Affordable at $55CDN per night, 10% off for stays of 7 nights - weekend 2 night minimum and during the week a 3 night minimum stay. The weekly rate is $346 and monthly rate is $1250. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your the guest room and is non refundable 30 days prior to your first nights stay. In addition, you can book and enjoy an in house Registered Massage Therapy Treatment during your stay..
