Tui Na Qigong Tuina is one of the three main modalities of Chinese medicine, the others being acupuncture and herbs. It is often taught and practised with acupuncture, but the techniques can also be used independently. It is a very ancient and versatile style of massage which is still extensively used in China to treat a wide variety of conditions, both internal and musculo-skeletal.
