Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy
focuses on the application and inhalation of ‘essential oils’ (distilled plant
essences obtained and extracted primarily through steam). These are combined
with ‘carrier oils’ (cold-pressed oils from fruit, nut, or seed sources) before
being applied to the skin.
